1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Caligram ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Caligram is a personal assistant service that automatically checks your Google Calendar and sends you a personalized summary of your upcoming meetings and events directly to your Telegram chat. The Service requires access to your Google Calendar and your Telegram ID.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Requirements

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Have a valid Google account with Calendar access
  • Have a valid Telegram account
  • Provide accurate and complete information

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Permissions and Access

By using our Service, you grant us permission to:

  • Access your Google Calendar to read upcoming events and meetings
  • Send messages to your Telegram account
  • Process and format your calendar data for delivery

You may revoke these permissions at any time through your account settings or by disconnecting the Service.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit any malicious code or harmful content
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Caligram and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting the Service and revoking access permissions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
